Eyes open wide in surprise because he knows what's about to happen, something rather unexpected too. Timur Changataison suddenly feels whole and complete as he's healed by a spell cast by his former lover Jalveènd Karlavilt. The hordes magician from the southern tundra doesn't feel the tiredness from a healing potion thanks to the spell, as he stands more firmly upon the roof, and his cuts and stab wounds have all disappeared. The advisor to lord Tarvenillé Karlavilt, who he doesn't know is dead, but still senses down inside the building somewhere, steps to the side without limping as he eyes his opponent who he's facing. Timur the son of Changatai of the pony archers horde slightly crouches as he grips his long dagger in one hand, and his opponents punch dagger in his other hand, that he's taken out of his side, as he waits for his enemy to attack him again. After casting the healing spell upon her former lover Timur Changataison, Jalveènd Karlavilt spins around, while the guard captain with her moves quickly away to one side, to confront the remaining personal bodyguard of Lelalwynn Aelvilth, who rushes him. The barrier spell around the attractive neice of lord Karlavilt, protects her from the blast spell that's just struck her, a blast spell cast by her distant cousin, Lelalwynn Aelvilth, the daughter of lord Alvarillé Aelvilth. As Salinvelè, the last of her personal bodyguards with her, runs at the Karlavilt family guard captain with her sword drawn, Lelalwynn Aelvilth blast spell hits her distant cousin Jalveènd Karlavilt who has appeared nearby. The daughter of lord Alvarillé Aelvilth sourly similes as her distant cousin staggers back a couple of steps, but is unharmed by the blast spell, Lelalwynn Aelvilth puts up wards of her own as she prepares for the neice of lord Karlavilt to retaliate. Further to the right of lord Aelvilth's daughter, her cousin, Ullendéllé Aelvilth looks forward and up, as she spots the small red mageglobe heading up into the rainy night sky, the attractive elven maid who is the neice of lord Alvarillé Aelvilth, looks down, for not that far infront of her, the figure in the black hooded cloak has just turned and spoken to her. "Hit him with a spell" says Mira Reinholt the mage in the elven language as he looks back at one of the elven noble's a bit further behind him here on the damaged rooftop, the once powerful mage continues with "His barrier spell is quite strong". As his mageglobe heads up after Xanderlith Karlavilt, the mage Reinholt after speaking to the attractive elven maid behind him, turns quickly to where Riley Hait the mercenary ranger is fighting the advisor to lord Tarvenillé Karlavilt, who the Vexilian mage in exile knows lies dead inside the large building he's on top of. The spellcaster who is also a highly skilled swordmaster mutters under his breath "Come on Zubutai" then using power he doesn't particularly want to spend, he casts a healing spell upon the wounded mercenary ranger from the elven principality of Envadarlen. Riley Hait is slightly backing away from his uncle Timur Changataison, who has obviously been healed by way of a spell, his movements are unhindered, and he isn't bleeding anymore, nor is there any evidence of gashes and cuts, from where the ranger Hait has stabbed him. Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman grimaces as he limps back a step, then all of a sudden he feels invigorated, as strong as he has ever been, no longer sore or tired, and no longer bleeding from the number of wounds he has got, wounds that have suddenly disappeared. The mercenary ranger briefly shuts his eyes in gratitude, after he glances to one side, where he spots Mira Reinholt about twenty five yards away, who has just nodded his black hooded head, the human ranger, trained by the elven warders of Envadarlen, is just glad a healing spell, a good one at least, doesn't tire you like a healing potion does. As his uncle Timur basically stalks him, Riley aka Zubutai Timaginson, drops in his stance, and from behind his back, takes a shorter dagger from the back of his belt, to go with the long dagger he already has in his right hand. Oppositie him, his father's brother stops, as he suddenly realizes that the mercenary ranger who in actual fact, is a hordes outrider from the southern tundra, is no longer wounded. "Come on son of Changatai" quietly says Riley Hait the mercenary ranger in the hordes dialect of the southern tundra "Try and finish this" adds Zubutai the son of Timagin, who slightly pauses before he continues with "Betrayer" this, the word betrayer, gets the reaction the ranger Hait was hoping for. As Timur Changataison yells in outrage as he runs at his opponent the mercenary ranger, up in the night sky, Xanderlith Karlavilt reappears, as he levitates well over five hundred feet above the long building, the elven swordmaster who is the heir of house Karlavilt spots what's coming up at him. "Fuck me those things move quick" mutters Xanderlith Karlavilt to himself just before he teleports again as the small, red mageglobe heads up towards him, after he disappears the living piece of magic changes direction and takes off to where the elven noble will reappear. Down on the roof, near where part of it has fallen in, or to be precise, where it's been blasted in, house guards from the Aelvilth and Karlavilt families are fighting one another, personal bodyguards of Lelalwynn Aelvilth are fighting against personal bodyguards of lord Tarvenillé Karlavilt, who lies dead beneath some rubble down in the building, which no one knows, apart from the person who killed him. Helbe the elven thief glances out a window at the fighting down in the lane infront of the long building, the young elven noble sees that it has spread out down the lane, as the combatants all of a sudden don't want to be too close to the building where upon it's roof, a magical battle is taking place. The elven princeling briefly closes his eyes as he senses, then he nods his hooded head, the elven masterthief then turns and makes his way along a hallway, he takes just a couple of steps before he finds Narladene the ground pixie hovering right infront of his face. "How did you do that?" asks Narladene the ground pixie, who continues with "I didn't know there was such a spell" Helbe the elven thief replies to her with "I just made it up" though he has been thinking about it for quite some time. The young elven noble from the principality of Laerel asks the tiny winged creature who lands on his right shoulder "Can you still sense me too?" Narladene wryly smiles then says "Of course" she continues with "It doesn't work on me" the ground pixie then adds "Or for anyone or anything immune to magic like Farque, or that big bloody dog of his" she shrugs her shoulders then says "But it will on any other spellcaster, especially since you're shielding yourself" Narladene pauses for a moment, before adding "Unless they know what to look for". "Which i doubt they'll know to do" murmurs Helbenthril Raendril who is casting, amongst the multitude of spells he's casting simultaneously, is a projection spell, where if he's sensed, other spellcasters think he's someone else, and that someone else at the moment, is lord Tarvenillé Karlavilt, who he has recently killed. "Aren't you supposed to be doing something?" says the grandson of Prince Raendril of Laerel "Yeah" replies Narladene who is on the look out for someone, specifically the person they've traveled to the principality of Alínlae to find, the elven master assassin then says "Maybe you should be out looking for him". Before Narladene replies to that, she murmurs "Mira's mageglobe" a moment later and there's an explosion high above the building they're in, Helbe the elven thief waits a moment or two, then he quietly says "He survived that" as he senses Xanderlith Karlavilt is still alive "Lightning bolt too" quietly says the naturally magical creature who adds "It'll miss". A moment later there's a clap of thunder that accompanies a lightning bolt spell, this one cast by Ullendéllé Aelvilth at her distant cousin Xanderlith Karlavilt, who after surviving a firey explosion of a mageglobe coming to the end of it's life, teleported away just before the bolt of lightning from the upraised hand of his distant cousin the niece of lord Aelvilth struck where he just was in the night sky. "How's Mira doing for power?" asks the elven prince from Laerel "He's just got the one spell gem left" replies the ground pixie who can easily senses the notoriously difficult to sense gems that hold magical power "And what little he naturally has" adds Narladene who continues with "He should be fine with those two nobles from the Aelvilth family up there". "Maybe" murmurs Helbenthril Raendril who senses that Lelalwynn Aelvilth is engaged in magical combat with her distant cousin Jalveènd Karlavilt, while Ullendéllé Aelvilth is helping the mage Reinholt to fight Xanderlith Karlavilt, and that the human magician Timur Changataison is keeping out of the magical combat. Zubutai must still be fighting him, the elven masterthief thinks to himself, he then asks "Where are the children and Caerik?" the tiny winged creature after flying to the wall to the right, and briefly touching it, before returning to the right shoulder of the young elven noble, answers with "Off the roof, down on the otherside of the building with the wardog". "Well they're as safe as anyone can be in the middle of a battle" dryly murmurs the elven master assassin, who knows that if anyone tired to attack them, either by magic or by mundane methods, will be killed before they even get a chance to do anything. Helbe the elven thief then says to the ground pixie attached to him "You better get going, and see if you can find him" Narladene nods then sourly murmurs "That's if he's even in the area" before she flies through the wall to the left, going outside. Meanwhile, Helbenthril Raendril makes his way quickly to an open window, the blured and shielded elven magic user looks out and up, and for the moment he drops the spell that mimics the magical essence of lord Tarvenillé Karlavilt, though ready to quickly cast it again when he needs it, then the elven princeling shifts up into the rainy night sky above the long building . . . . . .
