Wonderful 112.
The Principality Of Maladimbáh...
The mageglobe smashes through the outer marble layer of the wall, then goes through three feet of stone and enters the room beyond.
The stone coloured appearance of the mageglobe has disappeared, and what remains is a glowing red ball the size of an over large apple, that has a dark layer beneath it's surface. The red glowing mageglobe explodes.
The elven mercenary hired by Kaldeàlil Haldéilv in the lands of lord Walashàele. Jumped back in fright at the appearance of the mageglobe as he stood by the partially open door to the hallway. He's wondering what's just about to happen when the mageglobe explodes.
Fire spews forth in all directions, a lot of it catching the elven mercenary, who goes up like a wick as fire sprays across most of his body.
He takes a few steps towards the open door, but he doesn't get to it, and he drops to the floor, where he's consumed by flames.
The mageglobe may of exploded, expelling flames everywhere. But it did not come to the end of it's life.
The living piece of magic remains floating about five feet above the floor. It's changed in appearance again. It's no longer a glowing red colour, it's once again the colour of stone, as it was when Mira Reinhold created it. Though it's smaller than it was then, infact it's slightly smaller than it was when it was a glowing red colour. And once more it has a red center to it.
The mageglobe is on the move again, heading towards the wall that's between this room and the next. It makes it's way towards the wall, while a burning corpse lies on the floor near the door behind it.
The stone coloured living piece of magic isn't moving that fast at all, as most mageglobes do. That's until it gets closer to the wall it's approaching. It increases speed, and smashes through the wall and enters the next room.
It's appearance has changed again, the outer stone colour has gone, and again it's a glowing red mageglobe, smaller than it was in the previous room.
One of Kaldeàlil Haldéilv's elven mercenaries who is standing near the slightly ajar door to the hallway, turns in surprise and looks at the glowing red ball that's flying towards him. Until it explodes, splashing fire everywhere, particularly over the elf from across the border in lord Walashàele's lands.
"Two" lord Farque quietly says to Mira Reinholt the mage and Dorc da Orc, the undead warlord looks at the once powerful mage, and quietly asks him "How many do you think it will do?". "About five" is the quiet reply of Mira Reinholt the mage, who once more is holding his power within himself after draining more of the power in the spell gem that the heavily armoured deathlord gave to him a little earlier.
The lord and ruler of the lands Farque nods his full helmed head in agreement of the mage Reinholt's assessment of the mageglobe he created and sent down the long hallway.
A mageglobe that's layered like an onion. With each outer layer that's coloured like a stone, able to smash through stonework and masonry. While the layer directly underneath each stone coloured one, is red in colour, which explodes in fire when it spots a target.
"I doubt the last couple will actually kill anyone outright, especially the last" quietly says the Vexilian mage in exile, who continues in a quiet voice with "It'll set them on fire, and they'll probably wish they were dead, but i doubt it'll kill them".
The lord of the death realm nods his full helmed head, then quietly says to the spellcaster from south of the equator, and the ork warleader "Keep behind me" then he gestures for them to follow him out into the long hallway.
There's a very slight thud, as the mageglobe created by Mira Reinholt, explodes in the third room it enters on the left side of the hallway, which the deathlord of Farque, the once powerful mage, and the ork weaponsmith are now heading down.
They walk by the first room on their right, the door of which is locked. Then as they near the next door to the right, Draugadrottin as he's also known by to the people of his lands, points at it, and says in the ork language "That one cunt". A grunt comes from Dorc da Orc in reply to that.
The large ork with a wide grin upon his broad, brutish looking face, hefts the axe he's holding in one hand, as he approaches the door ahead on the right, while he's already swinging the hammer he's holding in his other hand.
In the large suite towards the far end of the hallway, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user after frowning as she senses, looks at the mercenary guard Linden and asks him "What rooms on the opposite side of the hallway did you have them wait in?".
After hearing the mercenary guard from Belinswae's response, the attractive elven maid who is sensing a mageglobe created by her former prisoner Mira Reinholt, periodically exploding in a number of rooms on the opposite side of the hallway, mutters "Fucking hell".
As she underestimated the once powerful mage, who she thought was unable to pull off the creation of such a mageglobe.
The illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv then murmurs under her breath "Not to worry". Though she wonders why the two spellcasters who were attacking the mage Reinholt a short time ago. Lord Walashàele's younger cousin Galacithàné. And the mage Kaellin, a justifier from the city of Falnic in Belinswae. Have moved off, and are headed elsewhere in the tower of her father, the local lord, lord Haldéilv.
He won't get in here anytime soon, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv thinks to herself as she looks around at the hidden spells she has cast in this suite, and senses the ones just outside it. The attractive elven maid who figures if the mage Reinholt is approaching, then all likelihood, prince Helbenthril Raendril is doing likewise, if not holding his power within himself, or casting a spell that has the same effect as the amulet she wears on fine silver chain around her neck.
The elven magic user looks at her mercenaries, the two humans from the coast of Belinswae, and the elves who were hired over in the lands of lord Walashàele, and she quietly tells them "Get into your positions".
Out in the long hallway, after Dorc da Orc barges open a slightly ajar door, and a scream comes from a room on the opposite side, where the mageglobe has exploded once more.
Lord Farque as he approaches another doorway on the right hand side of the hallway, glances back at Mira Reinholt and quietly tells the exiled Vexilian mage "Don't get within a dozen paces of your old rooms".
"I won't" replies the spellcaster from the Southlands, who also happens to be a highly skilled swordmaster. The lord of the death realm nods his full helmed head, then as they get closer to the doorway on the right, which the mage Reinholt sees the door is slightly ajar.
The lord and ruler takes a few quick steps towards it, and he does a standing side kick with his right leg. His steel boot connects with the slightly open door. And it, and the frame around it, as well as some of the wall surrounding it, goes flying into the room behind it.
As for matter, so does the elven mercenary holding a sword, who was standing in a slight crouch behind the ajar door. Which smashes into him, as he's flung back into the room nearly twenty feet. Before he, as well as the door, slam into the side of a large table.
"He's fucking dead" murmurs Mira Reinholt when he looks into the room to his right as he follows the lord and ruler of the lands Farque, and he sees the elven mercenary who was hiding behind the slightly open door.
From the doorway further back in the hallway, walks Dorc da Orc. Blood is dripping from the axe he's holding in one hand. And on the head of the hammer in the other, there looks to be part of a scalp, as well as blood, and brain matter.
The ork warleader licks some of the gore off the hammer head and grins as he follows after the Vexilian mage in exile, and the lord and ruler of the lands Farque.
"Huh" says the spellcaster from south of the equator as he and the undead warlord stop, after his mageglobe explodes once more, this time finally coming to the end of it's life. In a room on the left hand side of the long hallway, just up from where they are.
From inside the room comes a scream of fright and pain, and a couple of moments later, the door to that particular room bangs open, and an elven mercenary stumbles out into the hallway, with part of her cloak on fire, and her long hair catching on fire.
The heavily armoured deathlord who rules a vast land far to the south of the equator, and the spellcaster who is exiled from the city-state of his birth, watch as the elven maid who is on fire, stagger their way as she tries to rip off her burning cloak.
The large ork who is the former son of the matriarch of the wolf tribe of his people, stops and grunts as he watches the elven mercenary stagger in this direction down the hall.
As the elven maid stumbles near lord Farque who is the lead, the undead warlord who is also known as Des'tier to an older generation of elves in the Southlands, snaps out a hand and grabs the elven mercenary by the arm.
"She's fucked" murmurs Mira Reinholt "Burney elf is fucked" murmurs Dorc da Orc at the same time as he and the once powerful mage watch the lord and ruler of the lands Farque squeeze the arm of the elven mercenary, breaking it.
The elven maid screams in pain again as her arm is broken, and as her cloak continues to burn, and her hair catches alight. The lord of the death realm hauls her alongside him as he continues down the hallway.
With the screaming elven mercenary in tow, the heavily armoured deathlord with his right hand that's free, punches a locked door open on his right, and says something in the ork language as he continues on his way.
Dorkindle hurries forward, and chuckles as he enters the room that's just been opened by the deathlord of Farque. As the swordmaster Reinholt walks by the open doorway that the large ork hurried into, he sees the ork warleader swinging his hammer at an elven mercenary he's grabbed by the surcoat. While another elven mercenary in the garb of a guard in the service of house Haldéilv, is crawling away with a bloody face after he got clipped by the door that was punched open by lord Farque.
"What's happening?" quietly asks Tamric Drubine, Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy looks back and quietly says "You don't want to know" as he and Riley Hait the mercenary ranger are at the corner, looking around it, watching what's happening in the long hallway.
"What's he doing?" the spy Tanith murmurs to the mercenary ranger who in actual fact is really a hordes outrider from the southern tundra "I'm not sure" is the murmured reply of Riley Hait the mercenary ranger.
The two of them are watching lord Farque who is dragging alongside him, an elven mercenary who is screaming in pain as she's on fire, and the fact she's been dragged along by her right arm that's broken, and in the vice like grip of the deathlord of Farque's gauntlet covered left hand.
They see Mira Reinholt following behind the lord of the death realm, and the elven maid he's holding. A couple of moments later, a head comes flying out of an open doorway further behind the Vexilian mage in exile, and splatters against the hallway wall opposite.
Then a grinning Dorc da Orc walks from the same doorway, with a bloody axe in one hand, and a hammer in the other. The large ork hurries to catch up to the once powerful mage.
The ranger Hait and the spy Tanith glance at one another, then they look around the corner again into the long hallway. Where they see lord Farque has stopped, and seems to be staring at something. Then the undead warlord lifts up the elven mercenary he's holding, and throws her further down the hallway in this direction.
The mercenary disguised as a Haldéilv house guard, whose cloak has burnt away, as has much of her long hair. And whose clothes, if they aren't smoldering, are now on fire. And whose right arm flops uselessly about.
Goes flying nearly fifty feet down the hallway, until she suddenly comes to a stop in mid air, about ten paces short of the double doors, to the suite that lord Farque called out to Shur Kee the monk, that they keep well clear of.
There's a bright white flash towards this end of the long hallway, and both Riley Hait and Dalinvardél Tanith look away for a moment. Then when they look back around the corner. They see the elven maid who is partially covered in flames, suspended in mid air, within a ball of white energy, that takes up most of the width of the long hallway.
They hear the disguised elven mercenary scream far louder than she was doing before, as her limbs, including her broken right arm, stretch out from her, as she lies on her back, at least six feet off the floor, within the ball of white energy,
They all of sudden her legs and arms are ripped from her body, followed an instant later by her head as blood sprays everywhere within the ball of white energy.
A moment later, the ball of energy disappears, and the remains of the elven maid, and a vast quantity of her blood, drop to the hallway floor, splattering everywhere.
Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman and Dalinvardél Tanith share a look, then the ranger Hait dryly murmurs to the elven spy "I guess that was a trap". "I guess so" is the murmured response in a dry tone from Dalin . . . . . .

Wonderful 111.
The Principality Of Maladimbáh...
Looking back behind him, lord Farque says "Don't go into the hallway above, stay at the top of the steps". Both Dorc da Orc and Mira Reinholt the mage nod, while the undead warlord walks through the doorway to his right.
Seeing the hammer he threw, that went through the hallway wall, lying on the floor of the room he's in, the deathlord of Farque picks it up, while out in the hallway, the ork warleader and the once powerful mage head for the steps at this end of the hallway.
A hole has been blasted into the wall at the far end of the room, and the elven noble Galacithàné Walashàele hurries through it with the two remaining guards who entered the tower of lord Walashàele with him.
The heavily armoured deathlord throws the hammer that belongs to Dorc da Orc, and it goes flying through the hole in the wall.
It easily passes through the spells the elven magic user has put up around him and the two guards in his cousin the lord of house Walashàele's service.
Lucky for Galacithàné Walashàele, one of the house guards steps sideways behind him, and gets between him and the flying hammer.
The elven house guard's head explodes when the throwing hammer smashes into his skull and upper back. The weapon careens sideways, narrowly missing the elven noble from house Walashàele who is fleeing for his life after the spells he cast at the lord and ruler of the lands Farque failed.
Draugadrottin as he's also known by the people of his lands, watches as the elven noble and his sole remaining house guard rush out of a doorway in the next room. The lord of the death realm doesn't bother wasting anymore time on them, as he's got other things to deal with.
Lord Farque turns and makes his way out into the hallway, and heads for the steps that the mage Reinholt, and the ork weaponsmith have gone up.
When he reaches the foot of the steps, the undead warlord looks back to the other end of the hallway.
There he sees the mage from the city of Falnic, a justifier from Belinswae stumble into view with a handful of his guards. After he's levitated himself and his guards up from the floor below after they got caught up in the explosion of one Mira Reinholt's mageglobes coming to the end of it's life.
The justifier along with guards stop in their tracks when they see the large figure in the dark blue, black heavy plate armour standing at the base of the steps at the other end of the hallway from them.
The mage Kaellin and his guards were all there the night two weeks ago when the deathlord of Farque freed the mage Reinholt who was being held prisoner here in the tower of lord Haldéilv.
The justifier who failed to even damage the heavily armoured man at the far end of the hallway that night in one of the palace like tower's dining halls. Slowly shakes his head when he sees the individual at the other end of the hallway from him and his guards.
"Fuck that" mutters justifier Kaellin, who continues with "Haldéilv can deal with his own shit" the mage from the region of Belinswae then says to his guards "Come on let's go" and he turns and quickly heads back the way they came from.
The justifier from the coastal city of Falnic who has traveled to the principality of Maladimbáh, to sign a treaty so that he station a detachment of his guards here in the lands of lord Haldéilv in the south of the principality, so that they can easily raid southwards into the Nomads Plains.
Decides there and then to leave Maladimbáh immediately and not bother with the treaty. He doesn't care how long it will take to return home, as he doesn't know exactly where in the plains of the nomad tribes to cast a rift to.
Knows that he definitely doesn't want to face the figure in the suit of dark heavy plate armour again, that's for sure.
Des'tier as he's known by to an older generation of elves in the Southlands, quickly makes his way up the steps. The mage Reinholt is kneeling down on the second to top step, looking out into the long hallway beyond, while the large ork is crouching down a step behind him. The deathlord of Farque joins the two of them.
"She's in your old rooms" quietly says lord Farque to the Vexilian mage in exile, who nods his hooded head as he looks down the long hallway, to the suite where he was held prisoner, is on his right near the far end of the hallway.
"She's set a few traps for the royal thief, who is outside floating off the side of the tower waiting, and no doubt watching her as she has no fucking idea he's so close" quietly says the undead warlord, who then points to the rooms in the hallway, mostly on the left side of it as they look down it. The deathlord of Farque quietly tells the two who like him, are from south of the equator, what he wants them to do.
"You get that?" quietly asks Draugadrottin, the once powerful mage nods his hooded head in response, and when the ork weaponsmith doesn't reply, the lord of the death realm says to him in the ork language "You get that cunt?" followed by "Did it get into that thick fucking head of yours cunt?".
Yeah me gotta thick fucken cockhead for screwing all the pretty goats, Dorc da Orc thinks to himself with a wide grin upon his broad, green, brutish looking face, the large ork silently adds, 'You sick fucking cunt!'.
Ignoring that last thought that came from the voice of his 'Mother' within his mind. The warleader of the ork race grunts, then says in his native language, that's unintelligible to anyone apart from himself and lord Farque, and the deathlord's sword "Yeah me fucken got that" then he adds "Me is a smarts and fucken 'members what to do".
Behind the visor of his full helm, the undead warlord sourly smiles at that, then figuring the large ork will mostly do what he's told, the heavily armoured deathlord murmurs to the mage Reinholt "Wait a moment while i tell the others what to do".
Draugadrottin moves up to the top step, where he calls out in a language that he knows someone nearby understands, and them alone.
Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy frowns, then he glances around the corner into the hallway again. And he looks to the far end after he hears a familiar voice call out.
The elf who was once in the service of a minor noble house in his homeland of Alínlae ducks his head back around the corner, looks at the rest of the group from south of the equator, looking at one in particular.
"Shur Kee" quietly says Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy, who then adds "I do believe lord Farque is calling something out to you". "He's here?" gets out Riley Hait the mercenary ranger who is first to speak, the spy Tanith nods his head yes in response to the mercenary ranger's question, then he gestures to the corner he's been standing at, and quietly says to Shur Kee "You better have a listen to what he's saying".
The short statured monk takes off his conical shaped hat and moves forward with the elven spy from the principality of Alínlae in the Southlands. The acolyte in the order of Bru Li gets to the corner, and glances around it when he hears lord Farque, who is calling out in the language of Wah Lee, the short statured monk's homeland on the far eastern coast of the continent.
As he listens, the physical adept quietly translates to the spy Tanith what the lord and ruler of the lands of Farque is calling out. Dalin will then inform the others of the group what the undead warlord is saying.
Knowing that there's a chance that at least some of the elves in the rooms in the long hallway, will know the dialect of the plains nomads, which is the same as what's spoken on the southern tundra, which is Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman's native language.
The heavily armoured deathlord calls out in the language of the far eastern kingdom of Wah Lee, which he definitely knows no elf from Maladimbáh will know. Draugadrottin when he spots Shur Kee glance around the corner at the far end of the long hallway, he quickly calls out to the short statured monk what he wants him and the others from the Southlands to do, and not do for that matter.
The acolyte in the philosophical order of Wah Lee, nods his head after he hears what lord Farque wants them to do. Then as he and Dalinvardél Tanith move back to the others, and inform them what lord Farque wants, which includes them staying away from the large suite on the opposite side of the hallway from them.
The lord of the death realm glances at the mage Reinholt and lifts a gauntleted hand, and quietly says "Wait". The Vexilian mage in exile who is about to stop holding his power within himself, continues to do so, while down behind him, Dorc da Orc takes a hammer and an axe from his weapon harness.
The undead warlord then drops his hand, and says to the spellcaster from the city-state of Vexil, who also happens to be a highly skilled swordmaster "Do it". Mira Reinholt stops holding his power within himself, and quickly creates a mageglobe.
"You hear that?" asks the mercenary guard Linden, who knows for a fact that all the elves in the suite heard the voice out in the hallway beyond, calling out something.
Looking around at the others, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user says "Anyone understand that?" one of the elven mercenaries she hired in the lands of house Walashàele replies with "Whatever it was, it wasn't the nomad's tongue that was spoken".
Wonder if that bloody prince knows some other languages? Kaldeàlil Haldéilv thinks to herself, though from what she's learnt over the last three years about her quarry, is that he only speaks the two elven languages. Which is kind of odd, as elven royals usually speak multiple languages, even one's as young as prince Helbenthril Raendril.
"And whatever language it was" says the mercenary guard Harrick, who then adds "It sounded like instructions from a commander to a soldier". The attractive elven maid arches an eyebrow at that, and the older of the two mercenary guards from Belinswae tells her "Remember i was in a justifier's army before i took up the life of a merc" Harrick continues with "That definitely sounded like an officer giving orders".
Linden who also served in a justifier's army before he became a mercenary, nods his head in agreement with what Harrick just said.
Then just as the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv is wondering what that could mean, she suddenly senses a familiar spellcaster nearby "Mira" murmurs Kaldeàlil Haldéilv who senses her former prisoner, create a mageglobe. The attractive elven maid is ready for anything that could come her way, including mageglobes created by Mira Reinholt.
The mageglobe created by the spellcaster from south of the equator, which is a little bit bigger than what he normally creates. Isn't made to seek out the elven magic user who has been after Helbe the elven thief for the last three years, disrupting the plans of the rest of the group in that time.
The living piece of magic has another purpose as it leaves the left hand of it's creator, the mage Reinholt. The mageglobe which a stone colour, though with what looks like a red glow within it. Doesn't move all that fast as it heads down the hallway. Infact it moves at walking pace as it travels through the air at a height of just under five feet.
Dorc da Orc grunts as the three of them watch the fairly slow moving mageglobe. Then lord Farque slightly nods his full helmed head, then Mira Reinholt murmurs "Here we go" as his creation moves sideways, far quicker than it has been moving before. And it smashes into the hallway wall on the left side, as the trio from south of the equator at the top of the steps look down the long hallway . . . . . .

Wonderful 110.
The Principality Of Maladimbáh...
Dorc da Orc looks back as he hears something, the large ork grunts when he hears something that only he can understand.
And though he doesn't want to, the ork warleader grabs Mira Reinholt the mage, step to the right, and kicks a locked door open. The ork weaponsmith ducks down and enters a room carrying the once powerful mage.
Dorkindle puts the mage Reinholt down, and the two of them look back out into the hallway. Just then the barrier spell created by the Vexilian mage in exile, that spanned the width of the hallway, just infront of where they were standing.
Shatters into nothingness when it's hit by a blast spell cast by the elven magic user, Galacithàné Walashàele, a younger cousin of lord Walashàele.
"That was close" murmurs Mira Reinholt the mage, the warleader of the ork race just grunts to that, not bothering to tell the spellcaster from the city-state of Vexil in the Southlands, that he was ordered to get out of the hallway just before the elven noble from house Walashàele cast again.
The mage who is also a highly skilled swordmaster, who once again is holding his power within himself so that he can't be sensed. Contemplates creating a mageglobe, he has enough power to create maybe two of them, but no more. He's already wasted what little power he has left to him at the moment, when he cast the barrier spell, that was strong enough to stop the fireball that was directed at him and Dorkindle. But not the blast spell that followed it.
As the exiled Vexilian mage contemplates that. The son of the former matriarch of the wolf tribe of orks, looks out the doorway, and back in the direction he and the mage Reinholt have come from, the large ork waits.
He doesn't have to wait long, as a familiar figure runs into the hallway in the direction that he and the once powerful mage came from.
Lord Farque stops about halfway down the hallway, and looks in the the open doorway to his right, he looks at his fellow travelers from south of the equator, Dorc da Orc and Mira Reinholt.
"Follow behind me" says lord Farque to the large ork and the highly skilled swordmaster. And as the undead warlord is struck by a green beam of energy, he says to the once powerful mage "Create a couple of mageglobes and send them back the way you've come from" the heavily armoured deathlord adds "Destructive one's" he continues with "That fucking mage, the justifier from Falnic has just turned up around the corner from the otherside of the tower".
"A couple is all i can do" says the mage Reinholt who follows that up with "Then nothing else until i rest up". "No it isn't" says the lord of the death realm, who then flips the spell gem the Vexilian mage in exile gave him early this morning when they were coming down one of the mountains on the north side of the valley. A spell gem the lord and ruler of the lands Farque had Helbe the elven thief fill with power.
"Thanks" says Mira Reinholt, the undead warlord nods his full helmed head, then he mutters "Damn thing" as the energy beam cast by the elven magic user who is from the lands across the river to the east in the valley, continues to strike him, doing nothing.
A pair of mageglobes, one firey red, and the other dark blue form in the gloved hands of the spellcaster from south of the equator. The red one shoots out the doorway, and back down the hallway, while the blue sinks down into the floor and disappears.
The lord of the lands Farque, who is also known as Draugadrottin to his people, continues down the long hallway after the green beam of energy finally dies out.
The heavily armoured deathlord picks up one of Dorc da Orc's throwing hammers that lies just beyond the burnt, headless corpse of a Walashàele house guard.
The undead being who is named Des'tier in elven, throws the hammer as Galacithàné Walashàele dives into an open doorway beside him, when another of his spells fails when it hits the large figure in the dark blue, black full plate armour.
As the hammer smashes through the hallway wall and goes into the room that the elven noble from house Walashàele has just dived into. Dorc da Orc says "Let's fucken go Killer" and he hurries out into the hallway and heads after the lord and ruler of the lands Farque.
After draining some of the power in the spell gem given back to him by the lord of the death realm. The mage Reinholt exits the room too, and follows after the ork warleader and the heavily armoured deathlord. Knowing that his two pieces of living pieces of magic, his two mageglobes, are heading directly towards the other mage in the palace like tower of lord Haldéilv.
After coming through the otherside of the rift he created. The mage Kaellin hurries down a corridor towards a set of steps, with the five remaining guards from Belinswae who are still with him.
The justifier from the city of Falnic in the region of Belinswae, frowns then suddenly stops when he senses something that's more than familiar.
"What the?" murmurs the mage Kaellin, who then says in shock "Mageglobe". The powerful human spellcaster who is a bit of a traditionalist when it comes to the powers of mages. Thinks that the unique ability of his kind, creating living pieces of magic. Should only be used in combat between two mages, when there's no other combatants around.
Not so the mage who created what's coming towards the justifier from the city of Falnic. He has no qualms whatsoever when it comes to creating and using mageglobes. He'll use them whenever and where ever he likes.
The mage Kaellin who definitely knows now that the underpowered spellcaster he sensed is indeed a mage, says to his justifier's guards "Hold up" and he creates a barrier spell and a protection spell around all of them, and himself.
Just after he does, a small ball of red light comes shooting down the steps ahead, and along the corridor incredibly quickly. It stops just short of the spells the mage Kaellin has created, and it comes to the end of it's short life.
Fire explodes in the corridor, parts of the stone floor, walls and ceiling melts, while some of the stone work explodes from the heat.
And though the unknown mage is underpowered, the justifier from the region of Belinswae sees that his mageglobes are still destructive. As the one that exploded just infront of him and his guards would easily of killed them all if he hadn't erected a barrier and protection spell.
"Get going" says the mage from the coastal city of Falnic to his guards, he continues with "Keep going, I'm protecting us". The guards ask no questions, they have complete faith in their justifier. And they hurry along the fire damaged corridor to the steps ahead.
As they do, the mage Kaellin suddenly mutters "Shit" and hastily casts another barrier spell, this one beneath him and his guards from Belinswae. A moment later, and the scorched floor of the corridor explodes upwards.
The justifier is knocked off his feet and is flung upwards, so are his guards as stone work and masonry explode up and out, as a second mageglobe beneath the floor came to the end of it's life.
Streaks of blue energy shoot through the debris as the mage Kaellin and his guards tumble through the air, barely protected by his spells as the already damaged corridor is destroyed all around them.
The justifier hits the floor with a thud and groans as debris falls back down around him and his guards. The powerful spellcaster's barrier and protection spells are still holding, though barely.
Looks around through the debris filled air, and finds that he and his guards are no longer in the corridor, but are in a hall that's directly beneath it "Fuck" mutters Kaellin the mage, before one of his guards stumbles over and helps him to stand.
They hear the dull thuds somewhere further in the tower from the suite they're in, though it sounds not too far away. For even the human mercenaries from Belinswae, Harrick and Linden clearly heard the thuds of what are obviously explosions of some kind.
Turning to look at who's standing near him, Harrick the mercenary guard quietly asks "What was that?". "Mira" is the quietly reply of Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user "Glad he was out of his mind most of the time he was with us" sourly mutters Linden the mercenary guard, Harrick nods his head in agreement.
For though the two from the south of Belinswae got along well with their former prisoner Mira Reinholt. They never forgot that he was a dangerous person to be around. And by the sounds of it, he definitely is that at the moment.
"That justifier Kaellin, the mage from Falnic is nearby" quietly says the attractive elven maid, who then explains in a slightly dry tone of voice "Mages are a prickly sort when they're around one another, Mira has just attacked the justifier".
"The justifier and that Walashàele noble" says Harrick with a shake of his head, who continues in a dry tone with "Mira isn't exactly holding back". "I thought you said he isn't that powerful for a mage" says Linden as he looks at the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv "He isn't" sourly says Kaldeàlil Haldéilv "Oh" murmurs the younger of the two mercenaries from Belinswae, while the older mercenary winces.
Listening to this conversation, and watching what's happening in the suite Kaldeàlil Haldéilv is in with her mercenaries, both human and elven. Is Helbe the elven thief, who is floating just off the large, not to mention long balcony of the suite, three quarters of the way up the palace like tower of house Haldéilv, on it's south facing side.
The elven magic user who is blurred and shielded, watches as Narladene the ground pixie who has briefly hoped down onto the balcony, return to his right shoulder.
"He's with them now, they're close by" quietly says Narladene the ground pixie, who then adds "So are the others, they're heading this way too" the young elven noble nods his hooded head as he has sensed the magical weapons with the second group the tiny magical creature is referring to.
The elven princeling from Laerel in the Southlands continues to wait in silence as he waits for the others to show up. As he does, he wonders who'll get to the suite first. Either lord Farque, who is now with Dorc da Orc and Mira Reinholt. Or the others from the Southlands, who are nearby and have made their way up the tor, and the tower that's upon it.
"It did sound like something friend Mira would do" quietly says Shur Kee the monk, the others look at him, then after briefly wincing, Riley Hait the mercenary ranger quietly says "You're right Shur Kee, it did" the ranger Hait then mutters in the hordes dialect of the southern tundra "Fucking hope he doesn't blow us up in his enthusiasm".
It's what they're all thinking, including sir Percavelle Lé Dic, after they heard the thud of a couple of explosions nearby. And after the short statured monk saying it sounded like something the mage Reinholt would do.
"Demon damn spellcasters, they cavort with devils that's there problem" loudly mutters sir Percavelle Lé Dic, who then looks ahead to where Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy stands, and he quietly asks "Anything ahead my fine pointy eared fellow?".
The spy Tanith who is a little bit further ahead than the others, holds up a hand for the heavily armoured knight and the rest of the group from south of the equator to fall silent.
After a brief grumble, the earl of Lé Dic in the kingdom of Druvic falls silent, as do the rest of the Southlanders as the elven spy glances around the corner ahead.
Dalin looks down a long hallway, at the other end of which is a set of steps. The elf from the principality of Alínlae in the Southlands, who is at the very end of the hallway, where there's a south facing window just to his left. Sees that there's a number of doors to rooms along the hallway. A few of which are slightly ajar.
As he listens and looks carefully, the elven spy from south of the equator, glances at a pair of double doors on the opposite side of the hallway from where he is. A bit further along, about a fifth of the way down the hallway. He suspects it's a large suite that takes up a fair bit of room in this part of the tower.
Then the elf who was in service to one of the noble houses of his homeland, goes back to watching the rest of the doors, both closed and slightly open in the hallway. A few moments later he sees a brief shadow appear at one of the doors that's slightly ajar, a shadow that quickly disappears.
As if someone stepped forward to look out into the hallway, then quickly step back. The spy Tanith turns and makes his way back to the others.
"There's people in the rooms in the hallway around the corner" quietly says Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy to the others, he continues with "Guards most likely" he then adds "Waiting".
The elven spy from the principality of Alínlae in the Southlands looks at the ranger Hait and tells him "Waiting for whoever comes up the steps at the far end of the hallway" he briefly pauses before continuing with "The sounds of those explosions came from that way".
"Ah well, i guess this must be the trap she's set for Helbe" murmurs Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman, the spy Tanith nods his head in agreement, as both he and the mercenary ranger were informed earlier this morning by lord Farque in the forest when they met him, that Kaldeàlil Haldéilv is trying to trap Helbe the elven thief.
"Now what?" loudly murmurs sir Percavelle Lé Dic, Riley Hait looks at the each of the group, then he quietly says "We wait" the mercenary ranger then silently adds, I've got a feeling we're not going to be waiting long . . . . . .

Wonderful 109.
The Principality Of Maladimbáh...
Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy quickly takes a small cloth wrapped wad of lead pellets and throws it at the elven maid who has seen him coming up the stairs. The weighted cloth hits her in the side of the head as she turns and tries to hurry back up the stairs. Knocking her out before she even knows it.
The spy Tanith rushes up a few steps and catches the servant before she hits the steps. The elf from the principality of Alínlae in the Southlands lowers her down to the steps, then he continues on up the stairs, knowing that the others aren't all that far behind him, and will soon pass the unconscious elven maid.
The elf who was once in the service of one of the more important minor noble houses in his homeland, soon reaches the top of the stairs.
He looks out into an empty hallway, and wonders which way to go now. For there's a corridor leading off directly to his right, which he figures will end up right against the south facing side of the tower of lord Haldéilv. A tower that's more of a palace than it is a tower in the traditional sense.
The spy Tanith glances back and sees Riley Hait the mercenary ranger coming up the last of the stairs. When the ranger Hait joins him, Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy quietly asks him "Which way?".
"I'm not sure" is the quiet reply of Riley Hait the mercenary ranger, who quietly continues in a slightly dry tone with "She just pointed up, not anywhere specific".
The spy Tanith who has been informed by the mercenary ranger that Narladene the ground pixie gestured to him and the others to go up, rolls his eyes at the usefulness of such creatures as pixies and sprites.
From his experience, they only tell you the bare minimum of what they've been told to inform you about. And sometimes not even that. Like in this case, with Narladene just pointing up when she revealed herself to Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman a little earlier.
Dalin after shaking his hooded head, murmurs to the mercenary ranger from the principality of Envadarlen in the Southlands "Well, you're in charge of us at the moment, you get to pick the way".
"Thanks" sourly murmurs the ranger Hait, who then looks down the hallway, then at the corridor to their right, the mercenary ranger, who infact is really a hordes outrider from the southern tundra named Zubutai Timaginson, who happens to inhabit the body of Riley Hait, quietly asks the spy Tanith "I take it this corridor leads back to the outer side of the tower?" he then adds "Facing south?".
"It does" is the quiet reply of Dalinvardél Tanith, who has just glanced back and seen that the rest of the group are silently waiting behind them on the stairs, even the fidgety sir Percavelle Lé Dic.
"Then it's right, down the corridor it is" quietly says Riley Hait, the spy Tanith nods to that, and after listening carefully in that direction, he starts heading along the corridor. A few moments later, and the mercenary ranger from the principality of Envadarlen in the Southlands, is the first of the others to follow him down the corridor.
"Get back in here you big fat lump" says Mira Reinholt the mage as he grabs Dorc da Orc by the back of the weapon harness he wears, and attempts to haul the large ork back into the room the once powerful mage is just inside of.
Of course the Vexilian mage in exile fails, and he himself is dragged along behind the ork warleader down the hallway. The mage Reinholt sourly smiles as he almost trips over a dead house guard in the service of lord Walashàele. Then having a good idea what's going to come next, the spellcaster who is also a highly skilled swordmaster, lets go of the large ork, stops holding his power within himself, and slams up a barrier spell infront of himself and the ork weaponsmith.
An instant later and a fireball comes hurtling down the hallway towards the two of them. Scorching the stonework of the walls and floor.
The exiled Vexilian mage sourly smiles, for though he's pretty sure his barrier spell will protect him and Dorc da Orc. He's just given away his location to any spellcaster in the arew who might be sensing in this direction. Something the mage Reinholt, who doesn't have much power at his disposal at this moment in time, definitely didn't want to do.
As Dorkindle growls something unintelligible in the ork language when he walks into the faint blue glow of the barrier spell cast by Mira Reinholt, and he can't go through it. And while Galacithàné Walashàele the elven magic user swears in the noble elven language when his fireball hits the otherside of the barrier spell that's suddenly appeared in the hallway.
In a south facing suite on the next level up of the palace like tower that's the seat of power of the local lord, lord Haldéilv. His illegitimate daughter Kaldeàlil Haldéilv blinks in surprise, then mutters in elven "What the fuck?".
The handful of elven mercenaries disguised as Haldéilv house guards who have come into the suite with the mercenary Linden, all glance at the attractive elven maid after what she's just said.
As do the two mercenaries from Belinswae, Harrick and Linden. Who may not of understood what she just said. But they do understand that's she's upset about something.
"What is it?" quietly ventures Harrick "Mira" says Kaldeàlil Haldéilv, who then adds "He's here in the tower". "What the hell?" murmurs Linden, who is just as surprised as his fellow mercenary from the south of Belinswae, Harrick.
"Exactly" says the attractive elven maid, who then adds "He's downstairs, on the next level" the elven spellcaster, who can't be sensed by other spellcasters due to the amulet she wears on a fine silver thread chain she has around her neck, then says "That Galacithàné has just run into him".
"Hopefully the mage gets rid of him" dryly murmurs Harrick, who then adds "But why the hell is Mira back here?".
As the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv shrugs her shoulders, Linden says "Hang on a moment, if Mira is here, does that mean that". He doesn't finish what he's about to say, because Harrick, who like Kaldeàlil Haldéilv knows what Linden is about to mention, quietly says "I fucking hope not".
"Nor i" murmurs the attractive elven maid, who no way, wants to encounter the undead being who freed her prisoner Mira Reinholt, again. She was lucky the first time she encountered him up close, when she sent him to the bottom of the Great Western Ocean.
And even luckier the second time, when she just escaped with her life that night two weeks ago, when he freed the mage from south of the equator, Mira Reinholt.
"We deal with you know who, he's what's important" says Kaldeàlil Haldéilv, who continues with "If Mira shows up here, or that" she pauses before adding "Thing" then she continues with "Shows up, we just have to deal with them the best that we can". Both Harrick and Linden nod to that, then the attractive elven maid tells the elven mercenaries what she wants them to do when her quarry, prince Helbenthril Raendril, shows up.
Another spellcaster in the tower of house Haldéilv who senses Mira Reinholt. Is the justifier Kaellin. The mage from the city of Falnic in Belinswae, who is just sitting down to have lunch in his suite. Frowns when he senses an elven magic user he doesn't recognise here in the tower of his host lord Haldéilv, cast a couple of destructive spells.
Then he blinks in surprise when he suddenly senses the spellcaster from the city-state of Vexil in the Southlands.
The justifier, who senses an underpowered spellcaster, is surprised because the individual he senses, feels like a mage. Though thoroughly weak in magical power. Which is a total misnomer. For mages are the most powerful of all human spellcasters. Even an average mage is more powerful than most other spellcasters.
So sensing a mage who lacks power, is totally weird to the justifier from Falnic, who has never encountered such a thing before. For the mage Reinholt wasn't able to touch his powers the last time he was here in the tower of house Haldéilv, due to the potion he was forced to take, which suppressed his spellcasting abilities.
Looking at his guards who have sat down in the central room of his suite to have lunch with him, the mage Kaellin says to them "I do believe the tower is under attack".
The justifier's guards all look at him as they're about to eat, and he says to them "One of you go and inform the house guards outside that there's intruders in the tower".
As one of his guards from Falnic in Belinswae hurries to do that, the mage who has a pretty good idea where the two unfamiliar spellcasters are in the tower, says to his guards "Let's go and see what's happening".
And remembering last time there was an intruder here in the tower of house Haldéilv, the justifier adds "Kill anyone or anything you don't recognise". The mage from the region of Belinswae gets up, and starts to cast a rift spell, and as it begins to form, and as the guard who went out to talk to the pair of house guards out in the corridor returns, the justifier Kaellin says "Through the rift once it forms".
After stepping out of the wind tower, and running down a hallway, frightening a couple of servants who are carrying linen baskets. Lord Farque rounds a corner, and slows down as he senses lord Walashàele's younger cousin casting at Dorc da Orc and Mira Reinholt. And a few moments later, the Vexilian mage in exile casting a barrier spell.
The undead warlord makes his way to a set of steps when he senses the justifier from the city of Falnic, a mage who tried attacking him the night he broke Mira Reinholt free, casting a spell too, this one a rift.
Sensing where it's going to end up, the heavily armoured deathlord leaps up the steps, and lands in a hallway running. The lord of the death realm then lifts an eyebrow as he senses Kaldeàlil Haldéilv casting spell after spell in the suite where she held the mage Reinholt just two weeks ago.
Draugadrottin as he's also known by, to the people of his lands, knows that he's the only one in the tower, except one other, who will be able to sense what Kaldeàlil Haldéilv is up to.
The deathlord of Farque hopes the other one is informing the person she's with, what lord Haldéilv's illegitimate daughter is doing right now. Because he senses the one she's with, prince Helbenthril Raendril is casting at this time too.
Helbe the elven thief sees a window at the very end of the long hallway, a hallway that in some of the rooms, hide elven mercenaries disguised as Haldéilv house guards.
The young elven noble from the principality of Laerel in the Southlands shifts, and an instant later, he's outside the tower, floating in mid air.
The blurred and shielded elven magic user floats upwards twenty feet or so, then he looks away to his left along the south facing side of the palace like tower that's the seat of power of lord Haldéilv.
The elven princeling sees the balcony of the suite where Mira Reinholt was held prisoner, not that far from where he's floating, just a bit down and away to his left.
The elven master assassin who hasn't got a clear view through the open doors that lead inside from the balcony, is just about to shift down to the balcony, when suddenly Narladene the ground pixie says to him "Don't".
Lifting an eyebrow, the young elven noble who is the grandson of Prince Raendril of Laerel, who senses casting inside the tower from a number of practitioners of magic. Including Mira Reinholt, as well the cousin of lord Walashàele who was following him earlier. And a mage, who must be the justifier from Belinswae who is staying here in the palace like tower of lord Haldéilv.
Looks at the ground pixie who is attached to him, and is standing on his right shoulder. "She's cast a few spells" quietly says Narladene, who continues with "They'll detect you if step foot on that balcony".
Hmmmmm things are a little bit more difficult when the other person can permanently shield themselves, Helbe the elven thief thinks to himself, who nods his hooded head in understanding to the tiny winged creature who is attached to him.
The elven masterthief starts floating sideways, so that he gets inline with the balcony of the suite where Mira Reinholt was held prisoner. And where Narladene has informed him that Kaldeàlil Haldéilv is at this moment.
Making sure to keep back from the long balcony, prince Helbenthril Raendril listens to the ground pixie on his right shoulder, tell him in a whisper, the spells that the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv has cast, and is casting at the moment.
The blurred and shielded elven magic user from south of the equator gets inline with the wide open doors that go into the suite from the balcony.
And as he floats there off to the side of the palace like tower, Helbe the elven thief sees through the open doors, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv in the main room of the suite.
Interesting, the young elven noble thinks to himself as he watches the attractive elven maid who has pursued him the last three years, as he listens to Narladene whisper to him all the spells lord Haldéilv's illegitimate daughter has cast, and is casting.
Helbe the elven thief who is certain Kaldeàlil Haldéilv will detect him, even if he was to float or shift into the suite, or come up through the floor, then slip through the barrier and protection spells she has around her.
Murmurs to the naturally magical creature standing on his right shoulder "We wait" he then adds "For someone else to set off her traps".
Narladene nods in understanding, and she like the elven princeling, grins as she's pretty certain who he's referring to, who'll set off the magical traps that Kaldeàlil Haldéilv has laid for him . . . . . .

Wonderful 108.
The Principality Of Maladimbáh...
Lord Farque walks through the large open doors at the base of the tor. A pair of house guards just inside the door try to stop him. One ends up fifty feet away to the left after the undead warlord grabs him and flings him away.
While the other is flung outside, and lands near one of the houses in the town just near the base of the tor.
The deathlord of Farque as he walks quickly through the cavern like ground level of the tor. To the wind tower shaft, as a small number of elves in the vicinity scatter.
Senses in the forest on the otherside of the town outside, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user casting a rift, which she goes through after it froms. The heavily armoured deathlord nods his full helmed head once he senses where the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv is going.
"How appropriate" dryly murmurs lord Farque as he makes his way towards the wind tower, that he was last in just over two weeks ago, the night he freed Mira Reinholt the mage from up in the tower above.
The lord and ruler of the lands Farque, whose people also know him by the name of Draugadrottin. Senses that there's far less people here in the tor and the tower on it, today. Than that night two weeks ago when he freed the mage Reinholt.
Most of the guards in the service of house Haldéilv have left, and are further east in the valley. Fighting the guards of their neighbours, house Walashàele, who have crossed over the river that marks the border between the lands of the two main noble houses here in the south of the principality of Maladimbáh.
The lord of the death realm steps into the wind tower, and as he allows the magic within it to effect him, he puts his arms and his hands to his sides, and he starts rising up through the wind tower, that's built into the tor, and the palace like tower of house Haldéilv that's on top of it.
Dorc da Orc grunts, and Mira Reinholt the mage looks back at him and quietly asks "What is it?". "They fucken below us now" says Dorc da Orc with a nod of his large head down at the floor of the hallway.
"Fuck" mutters the once powerful mage as he figures they've got higher up in the palace like tower of lord Haldéilv than the rest of the group, because they went up the wind tower.
The Vexilian mage in exile, who kind of knows where he is. He's pretty certain he ran down this hallway the night two weeks ago when lord Farque freed him from Kaldeàlil Haldéilv, who held him prisoner.
The spellcaster from south of the equator, who also happens to be a highly skilled swordmaster. Nods his hooded head for the ork warleader to follow him.
They only get a few yards, when the ork weaponsmith sourly grunts, and in a tone of voice equally as sour, says "Her" the mage Reinholt lifts an eyebrow, then says "Who?". "That buzzy fucken bee" replies Dorkindle.
Narladene, the exiled Vexilian mage thinks to himself, who then says "So Helbe's here then" the large ork grunts in the affirmative, the swordmaster Reinholt murmurs "So is Farque most likely" once again the warleader of the ork race grunts in the affirmative.
They get just a few more paces down the hallway when Dorc da Orc comes to a halt, and angrily growls "Fucken her". The once powerful mage doesn't have to ask who that is, he figures it out for himself. Instead he asks the big, burly ork "Where is she?".
The son of the former matriarch of the wolf tribe of orks points up, and in the direction they're heading along the hallway as he says "Fucken above us" the ork weaponsmith adds "Next fucken one up, going that-a-way".
The Vexilian mage in exile, who was the youngest member ever of the mage council of his homeland, slightly frowns then murmurs "Aaahhhh". "What cunt?" asks Dorkindle "I know where she's going" says the highly skilled swordmaster "How appropriate" murmurs Mira Reinholt who is holding his power within himself, as he continues on his way, leading the large ork to the south side of the palace like tower. Where on the next level above them, he knows that Kaldeàlil Haldéilv is heading to the suite of rooms where she held him prisoner until a couple of weeks ago.
"I guess he's coming up" says Riley Hait the mercenary ranger, the others agree with him after they lost sight of lord Farque who has entered the tor below.
The mercenary ranger is just discussing with Dalinvardél Tanith that they should remain here in this suite of rooms. When he suddenly spots something out of the corner of his eye. Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman turns to his right, and spots a grinning Narladene the ground pixie above the mantle piece of a nearby fireplace. The tiny winged creature points upwards.
After mouthing the words "You want us to go up?" to Narladene, who answers with a nod of her tiny head, before she disappears into the wall above the fireplace. The ranger Hait says to the others "Come on, we're going".
"We are?" says Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy "Jolly good, off we go then" says sir Percavelle Lé Dic "Yes we are" says Riley Hait to the spy Tanith, the mercenary ranger who in actual fact is a hordes outrider from the southern tundra quietly says in the elven language to Dalin "I just got a message from the royal thief".
"I guess we're going up then" quietly says the elf who once served in one of the noble houses of his homeland of Alínlae in the Southlands.
The elven spy opens the door to the hallway outside and peeks out, he nods to the others to follow him once he sees the hallway is empty. The rest of the group from the Southlands exit the suite behind the spy Tanith, who leads them as he looks for a way to go further up into the tower.
As Linden wanders out onto the balcony he spent so much time on when the mage Mira Reinholt was their prisoner here in the tower of house Haldéilv. The other mercenary guard from Belinswae, Harrick looks over at the others who have followed them through the rift from the forest below. The older of the two human mercenaries then looks at Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user who quietly tells him "I'll deal with this".
"I've got you in, so you're free to do whatever you want" says the attractive elven magic user as she looks at her fellow elven spellcaster "So you say" says Galacithàné Walashàele who then adds "How do i know this isn't a trap?".
With a smile upon her face, the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv says "It is a trap" she briefly pauses for a moment, then she continues with "But not for you".
Kaldeàlil Haldéilv gestures to the main doors of the suite, and tells the younger cousin of lord Walashàele "Leave" she follows it up, by saying in a sarcastic tone "My father's guards will be absolutely thrilled that you're here paying them a visit".
The elven noble looks at her for a moment, then he looks at the small squad of guards in the service of his family, who came through the rift with him. Then he nods for them to follow him out of the suite and into the rest of the tower, where they're to cause as much havoc as possible.
After the last Walashàele house guard exits the suite and closes the door behind her. Kaldeàlil Haldéilv quietly says to Harrick, and Linden who has come back inside from the balcony "I hope that lot all get killed".
Then the attractive elven maid says to the younger of the two mercenaries from the south of Belinswae "Go to your old rooms next door and get Paquildelthé and the others" she continues with "If they've made it, they should be there" the elven spellcaster adds "Have some of them come in here, and the rest spread out in the surrounding rooms in the hallway, i want them to attack anyone who comes this way, not just him if he turns up".
"Will do" says Linden, who then hurries out of the suite, then down the hallway to the rooms next door that he and Harrick shared when they were here previously, when they held the mage from south of the equator, Mira Reinholt, prisoner.
"With him involved, you don't know who the hell might turn up" Kaldeàlil Haldéilv quietly says to Harrick, who quietly asks her "Do you know where he is at the moment?".
"Somewhere here in the tower" is the quiet response of the illegitimate daughter of the head of house Haldéilv, who can sense just a few spellcasters in the tower at the moment. Two of them distant relations of hers. While the third is the mage from the city of Falnic in Belinswae. The justifier Kaellin, who was visiting lord Haldéilv, when most of his guards were killed, and his two wyverns were taken, the night Kaldeàlil Haldéilv's prisoner, Mira Reinholt was freed.
At the moment the attractive elven maid can't sense her quarry, prince Helbenthril Raendril. But she's not too worried about that, as she suspects he's not too far away, and is probably close by. Infact he's closer than she realises.
Helbe the elven thief glances around the corner, and watches the elven mercenaries disguised as Haldéilv house guards, spreading out along the hallway, entering the rooms along it. Most keep the doors they've gone through slightly ajar, while others softly close them.
The young elven noble from the principality of Laerel in the Southlands, watches as the human mercenary heads back to the far end of the long hallway, and go through a door there. The elven masterthief then steps back, and looks back down the hallway he's in, and sees the last of the Walashàele house guards, making their way down a set of steps there.
The shielded and blurred elven spellcaster looks back around the corner, as he figures Kaldeàlil Haldéilv is in the suite at the far end of the long hallway, which lord Farque told him was where Mira Reinholt was held, and for him to end up in. Then he glances at his right shoulder as Narladene the ground pixie reappears on it.
"They're coming up" Narladene the ground pixie whispers to the elven princeling, she continues whispering with "Mira and Stinky are one level down from us" the tiny winged creature adds "They're heading up here too".
"And lord Farque?" whispers Helbe the elven thief "I think he's in the wind tower right now" is the whispered reply of the naturally magical creature, who then reaches out and touches the wall to their right, then she whispers "He just got out of it" Narladene continues with "He's on the next level down heading this way too".
The elven masterthief nods his hooded head, then he murmurs "Should i set off this trap she's got for me?" and he adds "Or should i see what's she's up to?".
"See what's she's up to" whispers the ground pixie, who then adds "Then kill the bitch" as she voices what she thinks the young elven noble should do to Kaldeàlil Haldéilv.
Vindictive little thing aren't you, Helbenthril Raendril thinks to himself with a slight shake of his hooded head as he tries not to grin, and is only partially successful.
The blurred and shielded elven magic user then slightly frowns, and looks back behind him down the hallway he's in, to the steps that lead down at the other end. He thought he just heard something from down there.
"What was that?" whispers the grandson of the ruling prince of Laerel, the tiny winged creature who is 'attached' to him, touches the wall next to them again, then she whispers in a dry tone of voice "Those elves and that spellcaster from the noble house to the east have just run into something".
"Oh?" murmurs the elven master assassin, who then pauses as he's certain he hears an all too familiar roar in the distance "Oh" dryly says the young elven noble from south of the equator "Oh indeed" murmurs Narladene, who shakes her head then dryly adds "Stinky".
After Dorc da Orc throws a hammer down the hallway, he staggers backwards, stumbles, then falls on his ass after getting struck by a lightning bolt in the middle of his chest.
Mira Reinholt who has dived to the floor further behind the large ork, winces as Dorkindle roars in anger, and gets to his feet with a throwing axe in hand. No worse for the wear after being struck by a bolt of lightning that would of killed him if he didn't have on his breastplate of natural dragon armour.
Through the ork warleader is more than a little annoyed as he gets up throwing the axe he's taken from his weapon harness.
The elven spellcaster from house Walashàele down the hallway yelps something in the noble elven language at seeing the large ork still alive, and that an axe is hurtling his way. He dives through an open door to his left, and the axe narrowly avoids him. And instead slams into one of his guards, who goes tumbling backwards when the axe smashes into his chest.
"Come on Killer, let's fucken get 'em!" says Dorc da Orc, the mage Reinholt rolls his eyes, and gets up off the floor, and hurries after the warleader of the ork race, who is running towards the Walashàele house guards in the hallway, taking weapons from his harness, as he yells "Fucken get some ya cunts!" . . . . . .

Wonderful 107.
The Principality Of Maladimbáh...
At the edge of the clearing to the southeast of the tor, on which stands the tower of house Haldéilv. Helbe the elven thief looks to the small town at the base of the tor.
The young elven noble who has just watched a squad of house guards in the service of lord Haldéilv, ride into town, then enter the tor through the wide doors at the base of it.
Turns and walks back amongst the trees after Narladene the ground pixie informs him of who is approaching. It's not long before the young elven noble from the principality of Laerel in the Southlands sees lord Farque making his way through the forest at a run.
Once he joins the blurred and shielded elven magic user, lord Farque says to the young elven princeling "Anything of interest?".
"Just saw some house guards ride in, which is a little odd" says Helbe the elven thief who continues with "Considering all the others we've seen, have most likely left from here to confront lord Walashàele guards who have crossed the river".
"They're her mercenaries in disguise" says the undead warlord who continues with "That's her trap she's set for you" the elven masterthief faintly smiles, then murmurs "It's so nice to be wanted".
The heavily armoured deathlord nods for the young elven noble to follow him, and the two of them head to their left, going west along the south of the clearing. They stop amongst the trees about a hundred yards from where they were before.
And after the lord and ruler of the lands Farque tells the elven master assassin to briefly drop his shield spell so that Kaldeàlil Haldéilv can locate him, he points up at the tower on top of the rocky tor, and says "See that balcony there about three quarters of the way up?".
"Yeah" says the grandson of Prince Raendril who then adds "What of it?" the lord of the death realm replies with "End up there" he continues with "It's the balcony to the suite where Mira was held prisoner, there's a bit of symmetry, not to mention a fuck load of irony for things to end there for her".
Prince Helbenthril Raendril faintly smiles to that, then he says "Narladene says the others are all in there" as he nods at the tor and the tower on top of it. Draugadrottin as he's also known by the people of his lands, nods his full helmed head in agreement with that, then he tells the young elven noble, who like himself is from south of the equator "Make sure to drop your shield spell once more when you're inside, so the annoying fucking cow knows where you are".
"I will" says the elven masterthief, who then adds "You want me to shift you up as well?" as he nods towards the near five hundred foot tall tor, and the palace like tower that's on top of it. "Don't bother" says the undead being who is also known as Des'tier to an older generation of elves in the Southlands, who happen to know who he is.
The deathlord of Farque nods to the town, and the base of the tor behind it, and says "I'll go in the way i came out of it last time" the undead warlord adds "Through the front door" the lord of the death realm then mutters "I'm not fucking climbing up there again that's for sure".
The elven magic user nods his hooded head, and after the heavily armoured deathlord tells him "You'd better get going, she's only a few hundred yards away" the elven princeling, with Narladene the ground pixie holding onto his right shoulder, shifts away towards the tor.
While lord Farque leaves the trees and walks out into the midday sun, heading for the town that's right infront of him. The undead being in the full suit of heavy plate armour, that's dark blue, black in colour. Heads for the center of town, as he quickly makes his way to the open doors in the base of the tor behind the town.
Up in the palatial like tower that's the seat of power of house Haldéilv, Lisell Maera who is in a suite at the southeast corner with the others, and like the rest of the group, is looking out the open windows, spots something.
"Hey over here" says Lisell Maera, the orphan teenager from the city-state of Brattonbury in the Southlands, who is at the window furtherest to the right in the main room of the suite, adds "Down there in the town".
Making his way over to the window Lis is at, Riley Hait the mercenary ranger asks her "What is it?" she replies with "Lord Farque".
They all hurry over to the last two windows on the right, which Tamric Drubine and Lisell Maera, respectively, have been looking out of. They all look down at the town at the base of the tor, and soon they all spot the lord and ruler of the lands Farque walking through the town in this direction.
They see the deathlord of Farque look up, and look directly at them, and slightly nod his full helmed head. "Well he knows we're here" says Dalinvardél Tanith the elven spy as they continue to watch the undead warlord approach the base of the tor "Subtle as ever i see" dryly says the ranger Hait, who continues in the same tone with "Heading straight for the main doors".
"Good fellow that lord Farque" declares sir Percavelle Lé Dic who then adds "No mucking about with him by Saint Mar-che, straight to the point he is" Riley aka Zubutai the barbarian hordesman rolls his eyes, then says "He'll be up here before long" the mercenary ranger then adds "Helbe is probably here already, and that means she isn't all that far away".
The human ranger who was raised and trained in the elven principality of Envadarlen in the Southlands, looks at the others from south of the equator, and tells them "Get ready for just about anything".
Just then the first shout, and first scream comes from the town below at the base of the tor. As those who who saw what happened, the night a couple of weeks ago here at the seat of power of lord Haldéilv, recognise the large figure in the dark blue, black full heavy plate armour, as the person who attacked the palace like tower of house Haldéilv.
Further in the tor and the tower that's on top of it, Mira Reinholt the mage says in an exasperated tone of voice "Dorc put your hands out" as a cackling Dorc da Orc goes shooting by him.
The once powerful mage shakes his black hooded head, then quickly brings his arms close beside him, and he shoots further up the wind tower as the large ork is doing. The Vexilian mage in exile looks up, then down, to make sure no one else is in the wind tower. So far so good, as it's still just the two of them in the tower, that's a shaft through the center of the tor and the palace like tower, that a magical wind flows through, allowing anyone in it to go up and down as they like.
The ork warleader finally stops as he puts both hands down infront of himself, because he scratches his nuts, which are feeling itchy because of all the wind blowing up through his grubby knee length pants.
The mage Reinholt who is relieved to see the ork weaponsmith has stopped next to one of the openings in the shaft. Comes alongside the big burly ork, twists in mid air as he uses his hands to control his speed and trajectory. He's on his side, as he kicks out with both feet, connecting with the large ork's left arm.
Before Dorkindle knows what's happening, he's shunted sideways. Normally a drop kick from the exiled Vexilian mage wouldn't even budge the warleader of the ork race.
But because the weaponsmith from the wolf tribe of orks had come to a complete stop, and was floating there in the wind tower scratching his nuts with both hands.
The momentum of the still moving spellcaster from south of the equator, sent him sideways out through the opening in the shaft.
"Shit tits!" growls Dorc da Orc as he stumbles, and falls flat on his face on the floor of the hallway he's been kicked out into once gravity takes effect on him again.
The mage from the city-state of Vexil, who also happens to be a highly skilled swordmaster, steps out of the wind tower and into the hallway. Then knowing what to say, as he's heard lord Farque say it many times over the years, the mage Reinholt as he walks by the large ork lying face down on the floor, says to ork warleader "Stop fucking around, and get your fat ass up, we're going".
"The fuck?" mutters Dorkindle in the ork language, who gets up off the floor growling, looks back at the wind tower he was having fun in, before he was rudely shoved out of it. Then at Mira Reinholt, who is walking away down the hallway "Killer you fucken cuntbag" growls the large ork, who then grunts as he realises he said that in his native language, and the swordmaster Reinholt wouldn't of understood it.
Dorc da Orc then sighs as the Vexilian mage in exile, without looking back says "Hurry up, we're going to be late" before he rounds a corner. The son of the former matriarch of the wolf tribe of orks, shakes his head in disgust, then hurries to catch up to the spellcaster who is also a highly skilled swordmaster.
Out in the forest, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user along with her two hired mercenaries from the region of Belinswae, Harrick and Linden. Have stopped at the edge of the clearing, and are looking up at the tor and the tower on top of it, as they stand beneath a tree.
"Never thought we'd be back here again" quietly says Linden the mercenary guard, the older mercenary guard Harrick nods his head in agreement with Linden, who then asks the attractive elven maid "Is he here?".
"He's here" says Kaldeàlil Haldéilv the elven magic user "And the others?" asks Harrick, who then adds "Paquildelthé and the rest?" referring to the elven mercenaries hired in the lands of lord Walashàele, who crossed into the lands of house Haldéilv disguised as Walashàele house guards, who were to change into the colours of house Haldéilv, and enter the tor, and tower of lord Haldéilv.
"If they didn't get caught on the way here, they should be in there and waiting for us" says the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv, who looks back into the forest as she senses Galacithàné Walashàele not too far away. The younger cousin of the head of house Walashàele is keeping out of sight this close to the seat of power of lord Haldéilv.
By the forest gods, what a fucking coward, the attractive elven maid thinks to herself in disgust, then the elven magic user who can still sense her father and lord Walashàele battling one another in the midday sky away to the east. Frowns as she thinks she hears something.
"You hear that?" quietly asks Kaldeàlil Haldéilv, after the two human mercenaries from southern Belinswae shake their heads no, the elven magic user who is the product of rape, says "Sounds like something happening over in the town there" she follows that up with "Come on".
The three of them run beneath the trees at the edge of the clearing, and as the small town comes into view, they're all pretty certain they hear shouts come from some of the town folks.
"Hope Paquildelthé and the others haven't been found out" quietly says Harrick once they've come to a stop, Kaldeàlil Haldéilv shakes her head, and murmurs "No it's something else" and just as she's about to read the mind of one of the townsfolk she spots, she suddenly senses her quarry up in her father's tower.
You little shit! the attractive elven maid thinks to herself in anger as she looks up at the tor, and the palace like tower that sits upon it.
"There's our old rooms" quietly says Linden to Harrick as he points up to about three quarters of the way up the palatial like tower, to the balcony of the suite where they held their prisoner, the mage from the Southlands, Mira Reinholt.
After briefly sensing prince Helbenthril Raendril of Laerel, the elven noble from south of the equator, who was responsible for killing her lover Xanderlith Karlavilt. Kaldeàlil Haldéilv looks at the pair of mercenaries from the coast of Belinswae, and says to them "He's up in the tower alright" the elven magic user continues with "He's not far from the level our old guest suite is on".
The attractive elven maid nods her head back to further in the trees behind them, and as the three of them walk quickly back amongst the trees, she quietly says to Harrick and Linden "Time to set our trap". As they walk further back into the trees, the illegitimate daughter of lord Haldéilv starts casting a spell. And when they finally come to a stop, a rift starts to form infront of the three of them.
"Galacithàné you and those guards with you coming along or what?" calls out Kaldeàlil Haldéilv, who then looks at the two mercenary guards, and quickly tells them something by way of mindspeech.
Harrick slightly nods, and so does Linden, then the elven magic user calls out "I'm only going to leave it open for a little while after I've gone through, so you better hurry up".
The attractive elven maid then nods to Harrick, who like Linden has drawn his sword, the older of the two mercenary guards goes through the rift first, followed by Linden, then Kaldeàlil Haldéilv enters her rift.
A couple of moments later, and the elven noble Galacithàné Walashàele, and a small squad of lord Walashàele's house guards hurry from behind some scrub, and make their way through the rift too. A few moments after the last house guard in the service of lord Walashàele has gone through the rift cast by Kaldeàlil Haldéilv to her father's tower, it disappears . . . . . .
